We will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased on marcjacobs.com that has not been worn, washed or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, sunglasses case, garment bag, etc.) within 30 days of purchase. Marc Jacobs Beauty perfume and cosmetic products may be returned if lightly used. All purchases of swimwear and underwear are final; returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these items.
