Yes! Within one country, you can publish all promotions which can be redeemed at all your stores or specific ones. This is more cost-effective than a one-subscription-per-store policy.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed every 12 months from your selected payment method. You’ll receive a receipt each time, and your access will continue unless you cancel following the Terms of Service Agreement in your account.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and go to Manage Profile section. Make sure to cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Once canceled, your access will terminate according to our Terms of Service.

There are two ways your account can be approved:

• Auto-Approval: Accounts are automatically approved if your email domain matches your company’s website domain (e.g., email: [email protected] and website: https://test.com).
• Manual Approval:If your email and website domains do not match, approval will be sent to our corporate administrator for verification, which may take up to 5 business days. Once approved, you’ll have full access to the Dashboard.

In the dashboard, you’ll get an overview of all the features you can manage as an advertiser.

• Up to 36 expired ads will be stored in the database for your reference. Once this limit is reached, older ads will be automatically deleted.

• No, once ads are deleted, they cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading or archiving important data before the limit is exceeded
