Pricing Policy for Bloomingdale's At bloomingdales.com, our commitment to our customers is to offer convenience, service and product availability online at competitive prices. We also offer merchandise at promotional prices. We may offer merchandise on-line at the same price at which it is offered in Bloomingdale's stores, and our promotions may follow those that you'll find in the Bloomingdale's stores. However, in some cases, the prices will be different because the website and stores may choose to offer items at different prices or may run different promotional events at different times. Additionally, bloomingdales.com may offer a product, price or promotion that is not available in the stores. For this reason, prices and other promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at Bloomingdale's stores may not be applied toward purchases from bloomingdales.com. Similarly, prices and other promotional offers (such as promotion codes and free shipping) from bloomingdales.com may not be applied toward purchases from Bloomingdale's stores. For your shopping convenience, Bloomingdale's Gift Cards may be purchased and redeemed on-line or in a store. However, certificates or awards issued by Bloomingdale's in store (e.g., reward certificates, merchandise only certificates and bonus dollars) may only be used in Bloomingdale's stores. Virtual Gift Cards, available exclusively online at bloomingdales.com, may also be redeemed online or in-store. When we refer to an "Original" price on the bloomingdales.com section of the site, this means that the merchandise was previously offered at the higher "original" price listed. The phrase "original" or "was" is used to identify permanently marked down merchandise that is being discontinued. "Regular" or "Original" prices referenced on this website reflect offering prices from the bloomingdales.com website or Bloomingdale's stores that may not have resulted in actual sales, and some "Original" prices may not have been in effect during the past 90 days. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken. "Clearance" "Closeout" and "Special Purchase" offers are available only while supplies last. When we offer clearance, close-out or special purchase merchandise, as you may expect, we often experience a high volume of orders. When that happens, our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order. Percentage reductions are off of original prices, except where noted. When merchandise is offered as a set (for example, a 9-piece cookware set), we also may tell you what the items would cost if they were purchased separately. Open stock values are based on the stores' regular prices; actual savings will be less if the individual items in the set are on sale. "Lowest Prices of the Season" on bloomingdales.com merchandise refers to four seasons per year, Winter (January-March), Spring (April-June), Summer (July-September) and Fall (October-December). Prices may be lowered further during the season for clearance. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
