Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items. If a dispute or chargeback is opened, the processing time of refund would take up to 75 days. Kindly contact our support team at [email protected] for any questions or requests. Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must come with original package and original tags attached. All gift cards, surprise box, sale items, shoes, bikini, bodysuits, and accessories (except for scarves) are not eligible for return. If your order is purchased through store credits accumulated from previous returns, the order is not eligible for return. Purchases made using compensatory Store Credits are non-refundable.
